Client Update – Success!
I got an email today from a woman I coached several years ago on finding her next career move. She is successful by all measures – MBA from an Ivy League school, fancy job titles – yet was deeply unfulfilled. Together we created a vision of how her work life could look and feel, and what ingredients would need to be present for her to be fulfilled in her work. How are you? I have been reading your emails with stories. They are great. I sometimes save them and read when I have some quiet time-like saving candy 🙂
Guess what! We talked about me wanting to get a job in a startup in downtown New York. It is a reality now. I will be working in a good online advertising company starting Monday. For one to three months (hopefully one), I will be paid $7.50 per hour ($.25 more than minimum wage! woohehehe), and the company and I will find a good real position+$. For some reason, this really makes me feel better than 6 figure job offers…donno why but something tells me that I am definitely on the right track….and wanted to thank you! You made me draw the blueprint for this.
